DES MOINES, IA - A man died in a fire at Metro Motors on NE 46th Ave Wednesday, according to We Are Iowa.
A 55-year-old man was working on a car when the fire started around 4:30 p.m. He was the only person inside the building.
Emergency crews extricated the man from the building and transported him to an area hospital, where he died.
Authorities do not believe foul play caused the fire.
