CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - A garage fire injured one person on the 1200 block of Maplewood Dr NE near Garfield Elementary School Friday, according to KCRG.
Firefighters were dispatched to the scene around 8:24 a.m. They had put out the fire by 8:40 p.m.
Rescue crews transported a woman to an area hospital. Her current condition is unknown.
