ANAMOSA, IA - The Iowa State Patrol is investigating a deadly two-vehicle crash that happened near US 151 and Shaw Rd on Dec. 22, according to KCRG.
A 2011 Ford F250 driver collided with a man driving a 2014 Chevy Malibu as he was merging onto US 151 NB from Shaw Rd around 6:48 a.m.
The Chevy Malibu driver died in the wreck. Rescue crews transported two others to an area hospital. All three were wearing seatbelts.
