DES MOINES, IA - At least one person suffered injuries after a motorcycle and a car collided in east Des Moines Sunday evening.
According to the Des Moines Police Scanner, the crash occurred at about 8:24 p.m. along southeast 14th Street, at the intersection with Maury Ave.

Police used barriers to shut down all southbound lanes along this portion of 14th Street.
At least one person suffered injuries as a result. The extent of those injuries remains unclear at this time.
