Lucrece Bundy

Lucrece Bundy practices primarily in the areas of adoptions, guardianships, and related family law matters. Originally from West Africa, Lucrece has resided in Omaha, Nebraska for over two decades and brings both personal insight and professional depth to her work with families navigating complex legal processes.
Lucrece earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Creighton University in 2007 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2013. Since entering practice, she has assisted hundreds of families in successfully finalizing adoptions and securing guardianships throughout Nebraska and Iowa.
She is a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), a distinguished organization of attorneys recognized for their expertise and ethical standards in the field of adoption and reproductive law.
Ms. Bundy is admitted to practice law in both Nebraska and Iowa. She is known for her compassionate, client-focused approach and her dedication to legal excellence. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, and traveling.
