ADAMS COUNTY, IA - A pilot died in a plane crash in Adams County Monday, according to We Are Iowa.
The pilot, an 80-year-old man, hit a power line upon takeoff from an airport in Adams County around 12:38 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the pilot dead at the scene of the accident. He was the only perons onboard the plane.
