DES MOINES, IA - Rush-hour commuters faced major delays following a vehicle fire on I-235 in West Des Moines today.
According to a report by Iowa 511, the crash occurred at about 6:20 p.m. within the westbound lanes of I-235, near Exit 1A to South 50th Street.

The exit ramp was shut down for some time after the crash, causing major delays for drivers in the area.
