DUBUQUE, IA - According to KCRG, a woman is suing the city of Dubuque after a police officer crashed into her vehicle and injured her on Fremont Ave near Hwy 20 on Dec. 23, 2022.
The officer ran a red light and struck the woman's vehicle.
Following the collision, authorities cited the officer with failure to respond to a steady, red signal.
