NEVADA, IA - According to We Are Iowa, a person lost their life in a single-vehicle collision at US 30 and 6th St Monday.
A van driver was heading east on US 30 when they slammed into the bridge over Indian Creek at 1:40 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the driver dead at the scene of the accident.
Officials have not identified the driver.
