SIOUX COUNTY, IA - The Iowa State Patrol is investigating a semi-truck crash that happened at IA 60 SB and 350th St on Monday.
A 53-year-old male was driving a Cascadia semi-truck south on IA 60 when he became distracted and didn't see a slowing vehicle in front of him.
The driver saw the brake lights at the last moment and swerved left to avoid hitting it. This caused the driver to lose control of the semi-truck and he rolled over onto the driver's side.
The wreck blocked both traffic lanes.
Rescue crews transported the driver to an area hospital.
