PELLA, IA - A driver fatally struck a five-year-old girl at W 4th St and Fountain View Dr Thursday, according to We Are Iowa.
The child was sledding down a hill when the driver hit her around 5:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital, where she died.
