DAVENPORT, IA- One person was killed and another injured in a single-vehicle collision that occurred after a car chase in Davenport on Wednesday, according to KWQC News.
At approximately 8:16pm, officials responded to a single-vehicle crash with an embankment after a car chase near the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Pleasant Street. One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while another was injured and transported to an area hospital. The cause of the collision or the car chase has not been reported at this time.
