DES MOINES, IA - Two people were sent to the hospital this morning following a multi-vehicle crash in west Des Moines.
According to a report by WOI, the crash took place at about 6:30 am. at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Vine Street.
Police say an SUV collided with a passenger vehicle, causing the SUV to overturn and trap the driver inside.
First responders were able to extricate the driver of the SUV. They were transported, along with the other driver, to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
