CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - A juvenile was injured in an ATV accident near 1147 Blaines Crossing Rd Monday, according to CBS 2 Iowa.
A 17-year-old girl was driving a Polaris 700 Ranger with a 16-year-old male passenger when the ATV rolled over.
Rescue crews transported the 16-year-old to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Authorities charged the 17-year-old with no insurance, reckless driving, and no valid Driver's License.
