LINN COUNTY, IA - According to the Linn County Sheriff's Office, a man was hurt in a single-vehicle crash at IA 1 and Longview Ct Thursday.

Gary Edmonson, 75, was driving a Ford Ranger south on IA 1 when he lost control of the vehicle and collided with a tree around 1130 p.m.
Rescue crews transported Edmonson to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities charged Edmonson with Failure to Maintain Control and No Seat Belt.
