DES MOINES, IA - A driver struck a motorcyclist on E Douglas Ave near Hubbell Ave in August, according to KCCI.
Video footage shows Bradley Morgan colliding with the victim. The collision ejected the victim from the motorcycle.
Authorities arrested Morgan on Thursday.
