DES MOINES, IA - A driver was trapped inside their vehicle following a crash in west Des Moines on Monday evening.
According to the Des Moines Police, the accident happened shortly before 7 p.m. at the intersection of 63rd Street and Windsor Drive.

The events surrounding the crash are unclear at this time. However, firefighters needed to extricate at least one person who was pinned.
