CLEAR LAKE, IA - According to KCCI, a fatal three-vehicle wreck was reported on Hwy 18 Friday.
A 65-year-old woman was driving when she strayed into oncoming traffic and collided with two other drivers around 12:30 p.m.
The 65-year-old woman died in the crash. Rescue crews transported the other two drivers to an area hospital in critical condition.
