DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA - Multiple people were injured in a head-on two-vehicle collision on Balltown Rd on Sunday, according to KCRG.
The two vehicles collided around 2:25 a.m.
Rescue crews transported an unknown number of people to an area hospital in unknown condition.
The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office is investigating the incident.
