IOWA CITY, IA - According to 511 IA, a wreck delayed traffic on the ramp from eastbound I-80 to N Dubuque St Tuesday.
Emergency crews were called to the scene of the accident around 1:13 p.m.
It is unclear whether or not anyone was hurt in the incident.
