DES MOINES, IA - One person was hurt when a driver crashed into a home near SW 63rd St and Vine St Thursday, according to WHO 13.
A 60-year-old male was driving a pickup truck pulling a utility trailer when he strayed off the road and slammed into the porch around 9 a.m. The truck driver hit a 28-year-old man sitting on the porch and threw him across the house.
The resident suffered minor injuries in the crash. The driver was not hurt.
The incident is under investigation.
