DUBUQUE, IA - According to KCRG, a driver struck and injured a 13-year-old girl riding a bicycle at Rockdale Rd and S Grandview Ave on Tuesday.
The driver was on Rockdale Rd when they hit the girl on S Grandview Ave around 1 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the girl to an area hospital.
Authorities cited the driver for failure to yield the right of way.
