Ben Cook grew up in Kansas. Ben moved to Iowa in 2006. Ben practices primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. Ben spent four years working as in-house counsel for a Des Moines insurance company. He understands how they operate from having been inside. He now only represents injured individuals.

Ben received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kansas in 2000. Ben then attended the University of Kansas School of Law and graduated in the spring of 2004. Ben is a member of the Iowa Association for Justice and the Iowa State Bar.

Ben is married with three children. Outside of work he enjoys attending his children’s sports, dance, and other activities. When he has the time he enjoys lifting weights, attending live sporting events, and reading.
