POLK COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle crash Wednesday morning blocked a right lane and right shoulder on Iowa Highway 163 in northeast Pleasant Hill, according to Stateside Iowa 511.
The accident happened on the westbound highway between Northeast 112th Street (County Road S27) and U.S. Highway 65, near Toad Valley Golf Course. It was first reported by Iowa 511 at 8:24 a.m.
